Expert Guidance. Compassionate Support. In-Home & Virtual Care.

Hi! I’m Cindy, a Colorado native, mama of two, and a follower of Jesus with a passion for helping families thrive. My journey was shaped by 16 years as a Level 3 & 4 NICU Nurse, where I fell in love with the life-giving power of human milk. Since becoming an IBCLC in 2018, I have dedicated my career to helping parents navigate the complexities of breastfeeding with confidence.

Having walked the challenging paths of IVF, prematurity, and tethered oral tissues (tongue tie) with my own daughters, I know that the road to reaching your goals isn't always a straight line. I’m here to bring expert, evidence-based care directly to your home—helping you overcome challenges and find joy in nourishing your baby.

Meet Cindy Connors

How do I know if I need a lactation consultant?

I provide clear guidance to help you meet your goals.

Step out of fear and into confidence! We’ll prepare your 'nest' by diving into the essentials: anatomy, keys to a successful latch, and knowing exactly what to expect in the first days. My goal is to answer every question and calm every worry, replacing uncertainty with a clear, expert-backed plan for your feeding journey.

Prenatal Consultation

Are you in pain?

Breastfeeding should not be painful. While some initial sensitivity is common, cracked nipples, blistering, and bruising are signs that something needs adjustment. Early intervention is key to protecting your milk supply and your physical well-being. We prioritize emergency appointments and make every attempt to see you within 24 hours. Don’t wait for the pain to become unbearable—reach out today so we can get you back to feeding comfortably.

Whether you're a first-time mama or a seasoned pro, I'm here to help you achieve feeding success in the comfort of your home.

Latch Difficulties

Milk Supply & Infant Weight Concerns

Too little or too much milk? Is your pediatrician concerned with your baby’s weight gain? Do you have twins or multiples? Exclusively pumping? Returning to work? Let me help you get on the right track!

Specialized support for premature infants, twins/multiples, and medically complex babies moving from hospital to home. Whether you want to transition away from triple feeds, using a nipple shield or work toward feeding from breast, I’m here for you.

NICU Transition

Tongue Tie

I embrace a multidisciplinary approach to help your infant achieve optimal oral function. I actively partner with pediatric airway dentists, craniosacral therapists, and bodyworkers to provide comprehensive support as your baby heals from tongue, cheek, or lip ties. Having walked this exact path with my own daughter, I truly understand the emotional and physical 'ups and downs'—I am here to guide you through every step of the recovery and feeding process.
