I am a Colorado native, a mama to two sweet girls, and a follower of Jesus who believes that every family is a beautiful gift worthy of the highest care.

My journey into the world of lactation didn’t start in a classroom; it was shaped through 16 years as a level 3 & 4 NICU Nurse. I’ve had the profound honor of caring for hundreds of families during their most vulnerable moments. It was in those quiet hospital rooms that I witnessed the incredible complexity of human milk. I am still constantly amazed by its power—not just as nutrition, but as a living medicine that builds lifelong health for both mother and baby.

In 2018, after the birth of our first daughter, I became an IBCLC. My "why" became even more personal as I walked my own motherhood journey. After navigating the path of IVF to grow our family, I faced my greatest challenge with my second daughter. Born prematurely and struggling with a significant tethered oral tissues, our feeding journey was anything but easy. We achieved success through an incredible multidisciplinary care team of lactation consultants, craniosacral therapists, chiropractors, pediatric airway dentists, speech therapy, and physical therapy.

In those difficult weeks, my heart was set: I wanted to help other families overcome the same hurdles we had walked through.
